  1. Install FNW Flow + sign in

Install FNW Flow from the link your TIP admin sent. Tap the SMS invite link to sign in — there's no password on first launch. The app remembers your role, your SSA, and your tool grants.

  2. Grant location permission

Field work needs location for two reasons: attendance geofencing and live team-map tracking while you're on duty. Grant Precise location when prompted — coarse location won't pass the geofence.

  3. Check in for the day

The check-in icon lives in the top bar of the app — it's the arrow-into-door icon. Tap once when you start your shift; the dot turns green. Tap again at the end of the day; the dot goes amber.

Live GPS tracking starts the moment you check in and stops when you check out — never before, never after. That's the attendance rule.

  4. Open your assigned faults

Tap Faults in the bottom nav. You'll see every MOA fault routed to you, sorted by deadline. Each card shows the customer's landline, address, and the docket deadline counter.

  5. Use the quick lookup

The teal circle in the bottom-right corner is the Quick FTTH Lookup. Tap it, enter any landline number, and you get the customer's ONU status, plan, MAC, last billing, and current signal — without leaving whatever screen you were on. Use it when a customer calls and you need facts fast.
