FNW Flow

Module 09

FTTH Components

Per-customer surgical changes — plan, mobile, email, ONU MAC, VLAN, voice password, IPTV. Operator clicks one button, BSNL updates.

What it does

Modify a customer's connection without leaving the app.

Every BSNL customer change normally needs a fresh DSCM/OCS workflow — a different screen, a different password, a different validation rule. FNW Flow consolidates seven of them into one operator surface with the right preview / confirm pattern per action. Reversible changes (plan, mobile, email) preview first; one-shot triggers (MAC reset, VLAN change) ask for a typed confirm before they fire.

Inside the module

Seven safe edits, one shelf.

  • Modify Plan — lookup current plan, pick from BSNL-allowed alternatives, commit. New tariff applies on next bill.
  • Change Mobile / Change Email — preview with old vs new (and a shared-with-N-accounts warning on mobile) before commit.
  • MAC Reset — unbind the ONU MAC so the customer can swap the device.
  • Inner VLAN Change — move a customer between VLANs for plan migrations or to fix mis-provisioned services.
  • FTTH Voice Password — extract or reset the BSNL voice password for VoIP registration.
  • IPTV Registration — pick BSNL circle + vendor, OTP-verify the customer, submit.
