What it does
Pattern, not number.
Counts tell you what; AI tells you why and what to do. FNW Insights structures every AI output by what the operator can act on: an overall summary, a per-month breakdown, priority-sorted actions, and explicit dispute opportunities. No charts on AI surfaces — direction-coloured deltas and named recommendations. Fault Brain narrates a specific OLT/port incident on demand. Churn Radar ranks at-risk customers by signal degradation.
