Accept your invite
ScreenshotEmail invite from FNW Flow admin team with a one-tap sign-in link. You'll get an emailed invite from the FNW Flow team. The invite link signs you in directly — no password to remember on day one. Set a password under Profile → Security when you're done.
Add operators (technicians + supervisors)
ScreenshotOperators tab with the 'Invite operator' sheet open.Open Operators. Tap Invite operator. Enter the phone number and the role (
TECH,SUPERVISOR, orADMIN). The invitee gets an SMS with the same one-tap link. Their tools are governed by their role — a technician sees fault clearance and attendance, an admin sees everything.Onboard your first OLT
The fastest way is the AI OLT onboarder: it fingerprints the device over the BSNL proxy, learns the login if the vendor is new, and reads the ONU table automatically.
ScreenshotAdd OLT (AI) screen — IP, username, password, VLAN fields.Open OLT Management → Add OLT (AI) and fill:
- OLT management IP — e.g.
10.210.129.41 - Username / Password — usually
admin/adminfor VSOL; vendor docs for CDATA and OPTILINK - VLAN — the data VLAN used in your SSA
- Toggle Add to monitoring if it works so the OLT joins background polling.
Tap Learn this OLT. Onboarding usually takes 20–60 seconds — it's fingerprinting the device over the BSNL proxy. You'll get one of these results:
- Supported out of the box (green) — a built-in driver matched.
- AI can operate this OLT (violet) — vendor unknown; the AI learned the login and ONU page itself.
- Partially learned (amber) — login understood but ONU data couldn't be confirmed; try again or contact us.
- OLT unreachable (red) — check IP, or retry (the BSNL proxy is occasionally flaky).
- OLT management IP — e.g.
Tag PON ports to the right area
Once an OLT is onboarded, open it and tag each PON port to the area it serves. This is what makes fault flows readable — instead of
PON 0/2/3, your team sees the locality name.ScreenshotPort tagging screen — PON ports listed with editable area labels.Check the dashboard
You're set. Open the home dashboard and confirm:
- ONU count looks right for the SSA.
- At least one operator is shown as available.
- The OLT you added is reachable (green dot).
Walk through the 9-step NC flow — exchange to BSNL submit.
