Find the teal lookup button
The Quick FTTH Lookup lives as a floating circular button in the bottom-right corner of every screen. It's teal — colour
#1D9E75— so it doesn't compete with the violet primary actions.ScreenshotFloating teal lookup FAB in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard.Tap it open
A panel slides up over the current screen — the rest of the app stays in place behind it so you don't lose context. The panel has one field: Landline.

Enter the 10-digit landline — no spaces, no STD code. The submit button stays disabled until the format is valid, so you can't fire a bad request.
If the customer doesn't know the landline, ask for the mobile registered on the account; the lookup also accepts mobile. The field accepts either.

Tap Look up. The button shows a progress ring for a second; results appear in the same panel:
- Customer block — name, registered mobile, address.
- Connection block — plan, ONU MAC, OLT, PON port.
- Billing block — last invoice date, amount, due/paid status.
- Live signal — pulled from the OLT if the OLT is onboarded for this SSA.
Tap the customer name or any field to copy it. The panel stays open until you tap the close (X) icon — useful when you need to read fields back to a customer on the phone.

Two common reasons:
- Customer not in this SSA — the lookup scopes to the SSA you're signed into. If your TIP covers more than one, switch SSA from your profile.
- Number was recently changed — BSNL's pool of issued numbers takes a few hours to sync after a swap. Retry in two hours, or ask the customer for an older invoice with the original number.
