Open Faults from the bottom nav
The bottom nav has a Faults tab. Tap it. You'll see every MOA fault routed to you, sorted by docket deadline — the most urgent at the top.
Each card shows: customer landline, address, the docket-deadline counter (turns red as it nears zero), and a status chip.

Tap a card. The docket detail screen opens. It shows the customer record, the reported issue from BSNL, your historical interactions with this landline, and the live ONU signal if the OLT is onboarded.
If the docket is NOT yours to clear (you're covering for another technician), use Reassign from the overflow menu — don't just leave it; deadlines penalise the assignee.

The docket has a one-tap Diagnose button. It runs the live ONU lookup against the OLT and shows: signal level, link state, last reboot, and CPE reachability. Most faults resolve here — wrong slot, drop-fibre damage, dead ONT, customer's own router.

Go to the customer. Do the physical work — replace a drop fibre, redo a connector, swap an ONT, reseat the splitter port. The app remembers your in-progress docket; no need to keep the screen open while you work.

Open the docket and tap Mark cleared. You'll see a dropdown of the 32 MOA clearance codes BSNL accepts. The most-used codes are at the top:
TFOK— Tested and Found OK (default).ROOD— Rerouted to Outdoor by Franchisee.FNOK— Fault Not Found OK.DFRO— Drop fibre fault rectified OK.ONCO— ONT Changed OK.
Pick the code that genuinely matches the work you did. BSNL audits this and the penalty for the wrong code is real.

Add any free-text notes (optional but useful — they show on future dockets for this customer) and tap Submit clearance. The app POSTs to
/foa/taskHandle/complete/v1; you'll see one of:- Accepted — BSNL took the clearance, deadline stops.
- Already cleared — somebody else (or you, on retry) closed it. Safe.
- Validation error — code/notes rejected. The error explains; pick a different code.
