What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of www.fnwflow.com and the FNW Flow training hub at /learn. They do not govern the FNW Flow operator app itself, which is covered by a separate pilot or franchise agreement signed at onboarding.
Honest use
You may:
- Read every page on this site for any honest reason — your team, your customers, your BSNL stakeholders.
- Link to any page. Quote up to a couple of paragraphs with a link back.
- Use the training-hub guides to train your operators, with attribution.
You may not:
- Scrape the site to feed a competing product’s training data, or to enumerate our customer list.
- Re-publish the training-hub content wholesale on another property without written permission.
- Submit fake leads or test data through
/contactin volume — it slows down real responses.
What we promise
We will keep the site up where reasonable, fix material errors in the training guides when reported via the 👍 / 👎 widget, and never knowingly publish a fact about your SSA or franchise on the public site without your permission.
We do not promise uptime, BSNL acceptance of any particular workflow described in the training hub, or that the FNW Flow operator app will solve any specific operational problem for you. Those are evaluated during a pilot, not via the marketing site.
Trademarks
FNW Flow and the FNW Flow logomark are trademarks of Fiber Network Works. BSNL, VSOL, CDATA, OPTILINK, and other third-party names appear here for honest description of interoperability and remain the property of their respective owners.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that can’t be settled by writing to fibernetworkworks@gmail.com falls under the courts of Maharashtra, India.
Changes
Material changes will be flagged in a banner at the top of this page for at least thirty days. Small editorial fixes will not.
