What FNW Flow collects, why we collect it, where it lives, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who runs this site

www.fnwflow.com is operated by Fiber Network Works (“FNW”), a BSNL FTTH franchise operator headquartered in Maharashtra, India. The site is the marketing surface and training hub for the FNW Flow operator app.

What we collect

We collect the minimum we need to respond to the things you actually do on this site:

  • Pilot / contact form (`/contact`). Your name, firm, SSA, phone number, optional message. We need these to come back with a pilot plan. Stored in our Supabase project; never sold, never shared with a third party. Retained until you ask us to delete it.
  • Training feedback (`/learn`). Each 👍 / 👎 is recorded with the guide slug, your browser locale, an optional reason, your IP, and your user agent. No name, no email. We use this only to fix the guides.
  • Analytics. If analytics are configured at deploy time (a privacy-friendly self-hosted Umami or Plausible), we record anonymous page views and a small set of named events (form submitted, feedback sent). No cookies are set. No cross-site tracking. We honour DNT.

What we don’t do

  • We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • We do not sell or rent your data, ever.
  • We do not embed third-party trackers (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight).
  • We do not contact you outside the specific email thread you started by writing to us.

Where data lives

Pilot leads and training feedback are stored in our Supabase project hosted in Asia. Server logs (request IPs, error traces) are retained for up to 90 days for diagnostics and then rotated out automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete anything we have on you. Write to fibernetworkworks@gmail.com from the same email or with the same phone number you used to reach us. We come back within seven working days.

Changes to this notice

Material changes will be flagged in a banner at the top of this page for at least thirty days. Small editorial fixes will not.
